LAND FITNESS

H.E.A.T :

  • Get ready to sweat. Gary will lead you through a high intensity work out that is  combination of cardio and strength training. A great class for men and women. Suitable for Intermediate - Advanced exercisers.

GIRL POWER BOOT CAMP - 9-14 yrs:

  • This class is very similar to a women’s boot camp program but adjusted in level & intensity for girls. This action packed class combines intervals of cardio & strength exercises such as hand weights, bands, & balls. Core strengthening and flexibility are included for a complete workout. This class is open to ALL fitness Levels. Join Carol Anne for a fun and challenging workout with friends!

ZUMBA TONE: 

  • When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba Toning raises the bar (or rather, the toning stick). It combines targeted body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength training dance fitness party. Zumba Toning is the perfect way for enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast. Suitable for all fitness levels.

POWER HOUR:

  • The Hour of Power is a truly full-body fitness experience.  This class challenges your mind and body from beginning to end, helping you to develop your cardio-vascular fitness and strength in a more complete way than ever before.

MORNING SCRAMBLE:

  • Jump start your metabolism and your day with this morning heart and muscle workout. Half cardio conditioning half muscle conditioning alternating equipment weekly.

CARDIO KICKSTART:

  • 45 mins of non-stop cardiovascular conditioning. This class will challenge your body and brain with step, boxing and high low combinations. Finish it off with 15 mins of hard core abdominal training. What a way top start your Sunday! 

TURBO KICK:

  • Turbo Kick mixes kickboxing and simple dance moves with music that makes you want to "Kick It!!!" Each full body workout consists of a sport specific warm-up, higher paced intervals, easy to follow combinations, kickboxing specific strength/endurance and a mind/body cool down. Join Katherine for the unique Turbo kick movement patterns, combinations and techniques that all work together to give you all the ultimate workout to melt fat and re-shape your body. An intense class that is suitable to all fitness levels.

20/20/20:

  • 20 minutes step, 20 minutes cardio aerobics, 20 minutes weights, core and cool down with Mary Lynn. A 1-hour workout that benefits the entire body. Various fitness levels will be shown with the focus on intensity. Suitable for all fitness levels.

OUTDOOR FUSION BOOT CAMP:

  • Join Personal Trainer Danyele in fun, fitness, & feeling great! A unique OUTDOOR class brings something different each week. Challenge cardio, co-ordination, strength, & flexibility using a variety of tools & drills such as kettlebell and circuit training. Good for all levels and balanced to give you a phenomenal full body workout!

SURF 'n TURF:

  • A fusion of LAND & WATER fitness combining weight training in the gym & cradio in the pool. A full body workout that is easy on the joints and great for those who are new or returning to a fitness routine

CHAIR-FIT with Debbie Murphy:

  • This gentle exercise class is perfect for those who want to increase their range of motion. In addition to working on joint mobility, this class also improves balance, strength and flexibility. Suitable for all fitness levels.

STRENGTH TRAINING for Older Adults:

  • This is a fun, safe program designed to increase tone, bone density, flexibility, core strength, & balance using weights, stability balls, and cardiovascular equipment.

  • Come join the party! Zumba combines high energy & motivating music with unique moves & combinations that allow Zumba participants to dance away their worries! Come and try this "Feel Happy" Workout! No experience required. Suitable for all fitness levels.

ZUMBA GOLD:

  • Zumba Gold modifies the moves and pace to suit the needs of the active older participant, as well as those just starting their journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle. What stays the same are all the elements the Zumba Fitness-Party is known for: the zesty Latin music, like salsa, merengue, cumbia and reggaeton; the exhilarating, easy-to-follow moves; and the invigorating, party-like atmosphere. It’s a dance-fitness class that feels friendly, and most of all, fun. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

T.B.T:

  • Total Body Toning - Join Sarah for a challenging 45 minute work out that will work your body from head to toe. This class is for Intermediate - Advanced exercisers.

MINI TRAMP CIRCUIT:

  • Bouncing is for fat burning and core strengthening. Come join Carol-Ann for our unique class using the rebounder, which challenges and strengthens muscles and the cardiovascular system. This class will be combined with free weights, gliders etc to make a fun and exciting class. This class is suitable for all fitness levels

SUPER SCULPT:

  • Glenda will use our weighted body bars , dumbbells, tubes , cuffs and bands to give you an awesome total muscle workout!! Challenging, powerful, and most importantly, fun!! An intense class that is suitable for all levels.

STRONG, STABLE & STRETCHED 50+ :

  • Experience new found mobility, cardio fitness strength & flexibility by using light Aerobics, weights, bands & mats to energize ,stabilize and strengthen your body. Suitable for all fitness levels.

RISE AND SHINE BOOT CAMP:

  • Start your weekend off with a phenomenal full-body workout! Carol-Ann's 1-hour class uses a variety of equipment, including step, gliders, weights, body bars, and bands. This class offers and intense workout but is suitable for all levels.

WATER CLASSES

All of our water classes offer a great workout for all fitness levels. Use the water for its natural resistance and push yourself to your fitness limits!

AQUAROBICS/AQUA MOTION:

  • A water class which takes place in our training pool and involves use of water as a resistance medium for a great cardio workout.

INTO THE DEEP:

  • A great NO impact workout using an aqua belt for buoyancy and takes place in our deep water pool. Very refreshing and energizing!

SPECIALTY AQUA:

  • Designed for anyone with chronic pain, arthritis, fibromyalgia, or chronic fatigue. This is run in our warm water pool to stretch and relax stiff and aching muscles.

AQUA TONE:

  • Using the water resistance along with noodles, paddles & wands this class trains flexibility and range of motion, to tone and strengthen joints and muscles.

AQUA ZUMBA:

  • Shake, shimmy and sizzle in the water as we create some heat, Zumba style. Aqua Zumba is safe, effective and challenging water- based workout that integrates the Zumba formula and philosophy into traditional aqua fitness.

H20 POWER/SUNRISE-CIZE:

  • These high energy classes combine cardiovascular and muscle. A great non-impact full body workout!
