Pool Parties

The Dartmouth Sportsplex is pleased to provide numerous options for your special person's birthday party! Whether you want to choose from a combination of pool & room, or just one or the other, we've got the party options you're looking for!

Private Pool Rental Options:

A private pool rental is defined as ONE (1) AREA of the pool designated solely for your event. Please be aware that other events will be going on in the areas of the pool that you haven't rented.Parties & events are restricted to the area of the pool they have booked.

From September - June, pool rentals are available for birthday parties & other special events during the following times:

• Saturday: 12:30-1:30 pm
• Saturday: 3:00-4:00 pm
• Saturday: 5:00-6:00 pm
• Sunday: 12:00-1:00 pm
• Sunday:2:30-3:30 pm
• Friday: 9:00-10:00 pm (must be booked 2 weeks in advance)
• Saturday: 9:00-10:00 pm (must be booked 2 weeks in advance)

Our summer rental times times vary from year to year. Please contact the pool office at 464-2600, ext. 345 to find out rental availability during July & August. All options listed below are available throughout the summer.

Any party booked or changed, with less then 72 hours notice may be subject to a $30.00 administration fee.

Option A - Half (1/2) Training Pool (shallow water pool)

• $65- Cost includes 1 lifeguard to a maximum of 35 swimmers. This space can include: large flutterboard swim mats, tot toys, lifejackets, and the small yellow tot slide. (All of the Training pool is available for $81.)

Option B - Half (1/2) the Main Pool - incl. Blue Slide, diving board, & Tarzan Rope (lanes 1-2-3)

• $85 - Cost includes 2 lifeguards to a maximum of 40 swimmers. This space includes the 90 ft blue waterslide (no height restriction for users), the diving board, and the Tarzan Rope. Due to the large nature of these rides & attractions and the landing zone required, there can be no other equipment in this pool area while they are operational. Lifejackets are available for use on the diving board & Tarzan Rope, but NOT on the waterslide. This pool has NO shallow end, and it is recommended that all participants be swimmers, or at least comfortable in lifejackets in deep water.

Option C - Half the Main Pool - Pirate's Cove (lanes 4-5-6)

• $119 - Cost includes 3 lifeguards and the use of all 3 Pirate's Cove waterslides. This area DOES NOT include the blue slide/diving board/ Tarzan Rope (Option B or F) Riders with these slides MUST be strong confident swimmers in deep water, and must be a minumim of 1.22m (48" or 4') tall. The Pirate's Cove slides uses the deep end of the main pool in this area, leaving the shallow end of the area available for large flutterboard mats, floating logs, & other toys & equipment. Lifejackets may be worn in this area of the main pool, but NOT on the Pirate's Cove slides. This pool has NO shallow end, and it is recommended that all participants be swimmers, or at least comfortable in lifejackets in deep water.

Option D - Half (1/2) of Each Pool - incl. Blue slide, diving board, & Tarzan Rope (lanes 1-2-3)

• $115 - Cost includes 2 lifeguards, along with everything included in Option A & B.

Option E - Half (1/2) of Each Pool - incl. Pirate's Cove (lanes 4-5-6)

• $135 - Cost includes 3 lifeguards, along with everything included in Option A & C.

Option F - Rental of MAIN Pool - incl. lanes 1-2-3 with Tarzan Rope, diving board, & blue waterslide AND Pirate's Cove.

• $155 - Cost includes 4 lifeguards, along with all of Options B &C. Please note that when booking this option, Lanes 7 & 8 are still reserved for our Members Lane Swimming and will be unavailable to your event.

OptionG - Rental of the Whole Pool - incl. all shallow water pool, Pirate's Cove, & Blue Slide, diving board, & Tarzan Rope.

• $195 - Cost includes 5 lifeguards, along with all of Options A, B & C. Please note that when renting this option, lanes 7 & 8 are still open to Dartmouth Sportsplex members for lane swimming. Rental of the whole pool is not available at all posted times.

Lane Rentals

Do you require only 1 lane for yourself or others? Have you got a special group that you're looking for extra swim time for fitness training? Single Lane Rentals are available for $15/lane/hour.
