These three entities, when incorporated together, can instil a sense of vitality, relaxation, motivation and rejuvenation. I am a former competitive swimmer from age group to university (Dalhousie), and master swimmer for many years after. My strength and interests lie in the areas of weight loss; sport specific training, i.e., running, swimming and biking; functional training; core and spinal stabilization, stability ball and Pilates. I’ve always practised active, healthy, functional living in my daily activities and this is what motivates me to keep going. I work well with most types of individuals who want to change and seek variety in their fitness & lifestyle programs.

Over the years I have participated in many forms of physical activity, but currently I enjoy Pilates, running, swimming, biking, resistance training with free weights, tubing and stability ball. Hiking, being outdoors, camping, organic gardening and landscaping are a few things I do on my own and with my children. Above all, I practice active living, healthy eating and incorporate the philosophy of vitality to ensure optimal health benefits for my family and me.

EZ8 Running: From Couch to 5K in 10 Weeks
The EZ8 Running walk to run program is designed to get you up from the couch to running, slowly achieving up to 5K or continuous running for 30 minutes in just 12 weeks. Ease your body from sitting to walking to running in a safe, fun, and effective manner: alternating brisk walking and slow running small distances or timed minutes based on monitoring your heart rate.
Training Manual Included. Topics Include: Progressing program, running injuries, technique - running form, common errors, nutrition and hydration, heart rate monitors - heart rate training, information sessions, and so much more! All this, and receive coaching from our experienced personal trainer/ runner - Anne Campbell.

EZ8 Running: 10K to 21K - Build & Advance
Want to be a stronger, better, and most of all, FASTER runner all while increasing your distance? EZ8 is THE PLACE to be!
EZ8 is designed to get you the best results in the amount of time alloted. Training includes track repeats, tempo runs, and the long run, which all work together to improve endurance, lactic-threshold running pace, and leg speed. Improve overall speed and endurance, your KM/hr and achieve personal goals..
Pre-Requisite: Learn to Run/ 5K clinic or currently running 5K, and a watch with a second hand or heart rate monitor. Course includes: information sessions, manual, green ankle band, and coaching from our experienced personal trainer/ runner - Anne Campbell.
